There is not any privacy implied or intended from use of this web site. The data displayed throughout is intended for the information and reference by Members of Shield-O Terraces Homeowners' Association, their personal or business guests.
SOTHA attempts to help guard the privacy of its Member Email List by suppressing the display of the list on any email sent by SOTHA to its Members. This helps prevent spam-bots or phishers from harvesting group email addresses.
SOTHA also considers Member phone numbers to be private. However, Members' mail addresses as on record with the Pitkin County Tax Assessor are public domain and may be disclosed upon written request by Members only.
